A new bill introduced at the Statehouse is a full-out attack on the Des Moines Water Works' clean water lawsuit.

HF 316 aims to dismantle the current DMWW Trustee' board and stack it with people likely to squash this lawsuit and any future attempts to take bold moves for clean water.
