8.18.21 Hold Iowa's Biggest Polluter Accountable

Many of us are feeling anxiousness, sadness, and anger witnessing and feeling the deadly effects of the climate crisis. We believe it is time to hold the corporations who are contributing the vast majority of greenhouse emissions accountable. Iowa's biggest carbon polluter has known for decades that burning coal was one of the biggest drivers of climate change. Instead of using the billions in dollars of profit they've made to transition and help everyday working people, they have passed the costs of a failing system onto us and lobbied government to make it harder to make the changes necessary. Enough is enough.
