1.16.24 Iowa CCI: Dubuque Rental Inspection Webinar

There are only 3.75 full time equivalent inspectors for our city of 15,000+ (and growing) rental units. Dubuque is on the longest inspection cycle of any city across the state. Its time for the city to act. We're hosting a webinar on January 16th from 6-7pm over zoom to discuss and dive deep on research done on housing departments across the state. We'll be sharing a slideshow, have a chance to talk about the issue, and we'll have ways folks can take action to address the issue.
