Iowa DHS and the Managed Care Organizations administering Iowa's Medicaid program will hear from Iowans on how Iowa's privatized Medicaid system is working, or not working, for us.
Officials from the Iowa Department of Human Services will host a public meeting about its decision in 2016 to transfer management of Medicaid services to private managed care organizations.
Representatives from each MCO are expected to be in attendance and answer questions.
The meeting will be at the Des Moines Central Library at 1000 Grand Ave on Tuesday, Dec. 5 from 5-7pm.
