The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) top Midwest administrator, Karl Brooks, has agreed to meet with Iowa CCI members and our allies to discuss the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) failure to enforce the federal Clean Water Act for factory farms and what's being done now to address the problem, hold DNR's feet to the fire, clean up our water, and crack down on factory farm pollution.
