Earlier this year Iowans stood together against the pesticide immunity bill, also known as the cancer gag act, at the state level. While this was a big win we know that at this moment similar legislation is being drafted at the federal level, and chemical manufactures will continue to lobby for similar bills at the state level.

That is why we are going to turn out members to join us for the September 4th Cancer Gag Act Zoom, to prepare and strategize for the fight ahead of us. Join us at the Des Moines CCI office August 28th from 2PM to 3:15PM for an in person phone bank where you will be talking to members and prospects about the importance of this meeting for the health of our neighbors and our nation.
